FAQ
FAQ
/01 Where does the PX team sit within Bayer?
Proud to be part of the Science capability home within the Consumer Health division!
/02 How do I know who to contact?
We have created an easy contact form. Once we receive your request, we will be in touch with the team best suited to your needs.
/03 What if I don't know what services I need, but believe you have capabilities that can help me?
That's not a problem at all. Please use our contact form share with us your target outcome, and we will get back to you on whether we believe we can add value to your project.
/04 Can the PX team assist with both physical and digital product designs?
Yes, we can! Most of our design capability sits within brand and physical product experience, however we do have digital UX capability and will look to grow this further if demand increases!
/05 What markets / Power Couples do you support?
For Brand Identity and Innovation related services, our focus is the T100 Power Couples. For ‘business protection’ needs, we support all Power Couples. This is our frame, however there is some flexibility for exceptional opportunities. If in doubt, reach out and we can discuss.
/06 How do you prioritize work?
We use a custom prioritization model that considers business and market priorities defined by PRIME, alongside a PX evaluation on ability to deliver the biggest impact to our brands, business and consumers.
/07 Do you have capacity to support all projects?
In short, no. We use the above prioritisation approach and have an ‘outsource overflow’ solution across key capabilities, especially related to business protection where often work is not optional.
/08 Do you support divisions of Bayer outside of Consumer Health?
Our 'divisional home' is Consumer Health. However, we can support initiatives in Crop Science or Pharma, specifically where we have unique capabilities / work team outputs (eg sustainable packaging, sensory science).
/09 Do you have budget to help fund external spend?
We follow the established financial frames, with costs allocated accordingly. If needed, we can help to provide guidance on anticipated costs to help with budgeting.
/10 How long does it take to get outputs?
Timing of outputs will depend on the type of work and services provided. If you need an understanding on timescales, please contact us with more detailed information on what is needed so we can provide an estimate. We also have developed agile approaches for exceptional circumstances, so even if it seems impossible, it’s worth discussing.
/11 Where are your capability homes located?
Our teams, and most services are available in all regions, with an ability flow to where we are needed the most.
/12 How does the PX team measure the success and impacts of their projects?
Our impact is ultimately linked to our outputs generated as assessed through financial and brand data of launches, customer and consumer satisfaction, and environmental impact.
